Geoff has background in counseling – did Business consulting for Christian businesses – only began his podcast in February. Has always done counseling and coaching.

Moved to Texas from Chicago to help with kids ministries…..but, hated doing fundraising.

So, got back into coaching and counseling.

Have to stop fretting over the details and just jump into it.
You have a genius.

There is a purpose and a reason behind the universe.

Belief + Potential + Massive Action + Results = Genius

4 Questions to ask:

  1. You need to know your why – Why do you want a podcast? What is your mission and purpose?
  2. You have to have a plan – write down what you discover and figure out.
  3. Never stop learning new things.
  4. Be committed

Listen to shows similiar to yours and see what they do:

  • What type of cover art do they have?
  • Do they have intros?

Bottom Line: don’t do it if you’re not committed.

Consider podcasting another way to touch your audience! Blog, Podcast, Video, Social are all different ways to reach out and touch people with your message.
